In collaboration with the client, Instituto BME management identifies specific training needs and defines the key elements of the program. This process includes determining participant profiles and the desired level of content depth and difficulty. Once the program content is outlined, a proposal is developed that includes the syllabus, speakers, and the most suitable methodologies. This ensures the creation of a program framework that aligns closely with the client’s needs. The proposal is designed through continuous client consultation, incorporating their needs and expectations until final approval.

Instituto BME management assigns a project leader who, together with the administrative staff, oversees the organizational execution of the program. They ensure that facilities, study materials, and other program elements meet the quality standards and are delivered under optimal conditions.

Throughout the training program, Instituto BME conducts continuous evaluations and maintains communication with both the client and participants. This process ensures the program’s proper execution and alignment with client needs. If necessary, adjustments can be made dynamically to improve the project’s effectiveness.

Upon program completion, the lead instructor prepares a report summarizing the results of participant evaluations. Additionally, Instituto BME engages with the client to review the outcomes and assess satisfaction levels. This evaluation is conducted under the guidelines and quality standards of our system to ensure the program meets expectations.
